Ween Plays Four Songs For The First Time Since Reuniting, At Riot Fest [Videos/Setlist]

first_imgOne day after the band made their return to St. Paul, MN, Ween headed down to Chicago, IL to play the first night of the famed Riot Fest. Going from a predominantly jam-oriented festival like Lockn’ to a predominantly punk/metal-oriented festival like Riot Fest is no easy feat, but Ween pulls it off with their unique style and tight musicianship. The show at Riot Fest was particularly unique, as it contained four songs that hadn’t been played since before the band’s 2012 break up. The songs “I’m Dancing In The Show Tonight,” “I’ll Be Your Jonny On The Spot,” “Marble Tulip Juicy Tree,” and “You Were The Fool” each hadn’t been played by Ween since 2011, making their inclusion all the more special. As the reunion tour continues on throughout 2016, it will be interesting to see what other songs Ween adds into the rotation!Check out some video highlights from Riot Fest, streaming below.Doctor Rock (by Hail Boognish)Marble Tulip Juicy Tree (by Hail Boognish)Check out the full Brownbase setlist, below.Setlist: Ween at Riot Fest, Chicago, IL – 9/16/16Set: I’m Dancing in the Show Tonight, The Golden Eel, Happy Colored Marbles, Baby Bitch, Doctor Rock, Touch My Tooter, I’ll Be Your Jonny on the Spot, Object, With My Own Bare Hands, Marble Tulip Juicy Tree, A Tear For Eddie, The Stallion pt 3, Zoloft, Back to Basom, The Grobe, Tick, Wayne’s Pet Youngin, Frank, You Were the Fool, Buenas Tardes Amigo– Marble Tulip with Up on the Hill lyricslast_img read more

EPL: Spurs demolish Burnley
